Where do you deliver?
We deliver to any location within Metro Manila.
How do I place an order for delivery or pick up?
You can order through this website and schedule your pick up or delivery date. If you choose "delivery," we will book the courier for you for a fixed shipping fee depending on your location. If you prefer to personally handle the cake or book a courier yourself, you may choose the pick up option.

*Note: Please be sure to provide an active contact number so the team or the courier can reach you regarding any issues that may arise. Customers are responsible for giving accurate and adequate delivery instructions and contact information. If the courier cannot make contact with the recipient, the order may be forfeited without refund.
Can I order and pick up on the same day?
Unfortunately not. You must place and confirm your order at least 3 days in advance because each cake needs preparation and setting time.
When can I get my cake?
Time for pick up and delivery is from 10 AM to 3 PM from Thursday to Saturday.
Are Thursdays and Saturdays the only delivery dates?
Yes, at least for now. If you want your tiramisu on a specific date, we recommend you order for delivery on the closest date; rest assured our cakes stay fresh for up to 5 (even 7) days as long as you keep them in the fridge. You can also message us for special orders.
Can I order in advance?
At checkout, you can enter the date that you would like your order to be ready, up to 60 days in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Full payment must be settled before order is dispatched from bar. Online payment methods are as follows:
▪ BPI bank deposit and online transfer
▪ BDO bank deposit and online transfer
▪ GCash
Do you allow cash on delivery (COD)?
We do not. We will only prepare your order once we’ve received payment.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before payment, but once you’ve paid and had your order confirmed, you can no longer cancel. You’ll just have to enjoy some tiramisu!
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment. We're completely online!
How big are your servings?
We offer our cakes in two sizes—small and medium. The small size can accommodate 3-4 generous servings and the medium size, 6-8.
Does it contain liquor?
We add orange liquor to our classic and dark chocolate + orange tiramisu for a little kick.
How do I keep my cake fresh?
Best eaten cold. Once you receive your tiramisu, pop it in the refrigerator for a few hours before taking a bite as it may have softened in transit. Keep in the refrigerator for optimal consistency and flavor.

*Pro tip: If you can’t finish the cake in a week, store it in the freezer to enjoy it for longer. You can thaw it for a little while or eat it like an ice cream cake.

Allergens
Every cake is made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. While we have strict processes in place to prevent cross contamination, food products may contain these ingredients.

Delivery Handling
Tiramisu.Bar is not responsible for any damage to food items once picked up from our store. We work closely with third-party delivery riders and always set reminders to handle items with utmost care. The customer must be able to answer text messages or phone calls from the Tiramisu.Bar team or delivery rider within 15 minutes from arrival. If the customer or a representative is not available to receive delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged.For lost items, Tiramisu.Bar will be assisting the customer in filing a report to the third-party delivery company.

Refunds and Exchange
Tiramisu.Bar does not offer refund or exchange of any food items once picked up in our store by the customer or delivery rider. Additionally, under no circumstances will Tiramisu.Bar provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the store's possession.

Privacy Policy
All personal information of customers provided will be kept confidential and shared only within the team of Tiramisu.Bar who will be handling orders.

Photographs
Tiramisu.Bar reserves the right to photograph customized food items or such and use photos for marketing materials, print or digital. The use of any photographs for display or promotion does not warrant any compensation to the customer.
